Hi Gaw
Am still working on my still with radiator cores guess it will be another
couple of months before it is up
Something I have been toying with trying out is a product called celldek
which is used to make pads for evaporative coolers (air conditioners)
It is made out of some paper like product and I have no idea if it would
stand up to this use. Its designed to optimise air and water evaporation
with lots of contact area - if it would last its the ideal product and
cheap. 1 Meter square 100mm thick about $A60.00
Think I'll try it out before my rad cores anyway
Regards
John
