I think I still think that recycling is better, but burning is better than dumping. I am also thinking that someone living in costa rica might not have a way to recycle it. I once saw a conplete oil burning unit in a surplus catalog with a pump, nozzle, fan and electric ignitor for about $150 US. I can't find it at the moment, but I wil try to unearth it and post it. anton
