 I guess I won't be investing in Futures on Alternative Fuels in 
Arkansas. If the Government gets involved, development will be set 
back several years.
 It's just another tax-and-spend program being pushed before the 
elections. They will be able to use the same issue 4 years from now, 
and increase the tax rate because this one won't be enough to do the 
job! Most of the money will disappear into Administration costs.
