Interesting. I'd heard some rumblings that he was going to try it on
again with diesel. Last time he mentioned diesel he rapidly bit his
tongue off when it brought him instant attack by the diesel-bashing
lobby. We thought at the time that what was missing from his thinking
was biodiesel. If he'd had that on board he might have been able to
defend himself instead of withdrawing it or pretending he'd never
said it or whatever. Do a search for "Kerry" in the archives.

World Energy, hm? LOL! Well, good for them. If it were a Big Oil
company instead of Big Biodiesel, such a direct naming would have
people asking questions. Let's hope the biodiesel industry can keep
its fingers clean. The ethanol industry is already besmirched,
charged with rigging prices, I think it was. Also in the archives
somewhere.

Industry lobbying reaches people at this level, campaigning by
biodieselers is at least as effective in reaching the general public.
Why I said earlier the two should be complementary.

Anyway, this is another sign that the anti-diesel lobby in the US is
losing ground. there have been several such signs, following various
developments I suppose they'd regard as setbacks, such as Alan Lloyd
of CARB recently backing diesel.

Thankyou Andrew.

Biodiesel doesn't seem to have made it into the mainstream news
coverage of Kerry's speech, yet.

How's the business plan group going?

Best

Keith
