I think there needs to be some clarification about some things by someone. I hear so much conflicting news. Today a story stated that the kyoto accord is usless when the biggest polluters like Assia, India, and Russia, and even Brazil don't participate in the accord. These are countries with very few regulations and very little desire to change. Brent
