Let's not get TOO obsessive-compulsive, here.... Air is OK -- unless you have a lot of linolenic acid in there (y'know, you tried to make your biodiesel out of a DRYING oil, fer chrissakes!) Nitroglycerine is not the same as nitrogen plus glycerine. Assuming the usual frying oils, I've never noticed a lot of polymer formation during my bubble washes (sheesh).
