You have misinterpreted my chart. The $2.15 is for B100, the price for diesel fuel is $1.12 in Atlanta. Its hard to keep columns in an email document, but you need to straighten out the columns, of which there are four values given for each location: B100, B20, B02 and diesel fuel.
