Like I said, I had some of my best results to date on test batches using this method, a nice good clear yellow color top layer and a smooth separation, and it's so far washed very nicely. At least you don't also have to contend with 76% humidity, eh? ^.~
Good luck to ya man. Let me know how it works for you, I may ultimately refine the process with an eye toward really low cost production. Or automation; easier to stop at a volume than a weight, I think.
