Hello. Another approach is to use a mixture of lard or animal grease from cows, they have more saturated triglycerides specially stearine but they tend to crystallize al low temperatures, a feature where coconut oil or another palm nut oil performs much better due to have more lauric fatty acid, a shorter carbon chain.
