I read a newspaper article recently that indicated that foreign companies own a
good chunck of the wind energy complexes right here in New York and also in PA.
And if they don't own the complex they have likely sold the wind turbines to
the Americans that do own the complex. I understand the the Port of Oswego has
been a primary port of entry.
Gamesa, a major player in the development of PA wind farms is a Spanish
company.
