Hi Mateusz, is it really necessary to sent every status update for a ticket to the list?
I mean it's a "users list". A list for users. Probably not every user wants to get these messages. The list should be better used for discussion. (Even worse: When I add or update a ticket, I know, what I did, but also get a mail notification to my personal inbox plus a mail notification to the list.) Do you want it that way or could this be changed? (I can live with the current setup, although it's a little annoying.)
