When I had set up the ticketing tool in OSDN, there was a checkbox that
asked if tickets should be notified also to the mailing list... When I
saw it I thought it's a good idea as it will make the readers of the
mailing list aware of ongoing works and the like.
But in retrospective I tend to share your opinion - these updates are
not super easy to read, there is a lot of them (one for every stupid
status change, etc) and at the end it's polluting everyone... So yes, I
will disable it.
