I don't understand here, if it doesn't allow attachments, how can an 
attachment come from this list? Spoofing?

Well, I will cut the sentence after "Outlook"... Express or not. But as 
you say below, some office users have no choice.

Of course, with whatever e-mail client, if you run blindly any 
attachment, you are doomed.

HTML messages are evil anyway ;-) Too big, obnoxious, too show-off.
Also avoid messages like "Argh I don't like plain text e-mails" with a 
very suspicious attachment...

Good advices, www-svg is plagged with these messages too, since you 
don't have to subscribe to send messages. And they do allow attachments. 
I hope users of this list are smart...
