It's Italian, and I can't read it either, heh. You can use http://babelfish.altavista.com/ to translate the page, but it doesn't go into technical detail. I'm not even *entirely* sure it actually loads GML, but it is possible and probably doable. Still, unless you want to essentially create a GML viewer in SVG it's not actually all that useful. You may as well do it in your own code as it may be easier to interpret metadata (labels, legends and the like) more specifically.
