Are there? For every unimplemented feature? If so, then I think it
would be tremendously useful if all SVG bugs of the type "Firefox does
not implement SVG Feature XYZ" were mentioned in the Mozilla SVG pages
here: http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/SVG_in_Firefox_1.5 and
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/svg/status.html. These pages are
wikis so anyone can do this.

In this way, people can browse to the bug and vote for it -> one
mechanism that shows demand for features... or if they're familiar
with it, they can supply patches. Identification of these "missing
functionality" bugs in both wiki pages would be great.

Bugs that deal with broken aspects of implemented SVG features (like
Bug 300868: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=300868) also
need to be mentioned for the same reasons.
