I was actually more thinking of RSS and similar, HTML is not and should not be XML, RSS, SVG etc. is intended to be XML, and that intention is what makes it invalid. > If its not valid, though, well, valid to what? To what the intention was to be valid to, you've just spent a lot of time creating things like Section C.3 in the 1.2 mobile draft, which you're now saying is irrelevant as SVG content cannot be non-WF as it won't be XML, and therefore not SVG?
