The files section of this group and another website use CE or CEF files for examples without any explanation of what format this is.
It seems to be a compressed format of some sort, but what in the heck is it? I have not heard of this before, and I'm far from a newbie. Since it is so non-standard from zip, gzip, stuffit, and so on why isn't a link provided for the decompressing utility? ------------------------ Yahoo!
