It is equal whether you use the software for educational or 
comercial use. The source is owned and copyrighted by uismedia. It 
is not allowed to use the the code outside of MapViewSVG.

Nevertheless i think the first step is always to ask the producer of 
the software not a user group how to decrypt the software.
