It is a part of every profile (even 1.1 Tiny, the smallest official version of SVG) and is supported by Opera, the Adobe plugin, and mobile viewers, but not yet in Firefox or Safari and I am not sure where it is up to in Batik.
SMIL interactivity and animation should be pretty complete in Batik. It is only in the SVN version or the nightly builds, not yet in the stable 1.6 release. Please report bugs about SMIL in Batik, if you find any. Also, Batik supports snapshotTime now, which makes it suitable as a SVG movie renderer ;-), just use a batchfile or script and repeatedly increase the snapshotTime ... I am wondering when we'll see the first SVGs for movie production ;-) Andreas ----- To unsubscribe send a message to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] -or- visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/svg-developers and click "edit my membership" ---- Yahoo!
