Hi I'm looking for a viewer to look at Postgis spatial data probably through a data aware component rather than a direct connection.
Using Postgis SVG appears to be quite doable. What I need is - Viewer with -Layer ability -Pan -Zoom -OnClick coordinate capture -Preferably as a Delphi, Java or xml app. If anyone has some thoughts or suggestions please don't hesitate.
