Thank all for your help.  The drawings have a lot of problems.

The drawings are good only on Firefox.  But on Chrome, most of the arrows are 
lost, only the headless short bars are still there.  On the IE and Opera 
everything is lost. 

I have to learn more about svg.  Thanks again.

opera does not have an html5 parser in a production version.

http://caniuse.com/svg-html5

thats why it does not recognise the <svg> Element in html.
embeded svg in xhtml is working in opera without problems.
