Sooner or later we plan to implement all features new Subversion has.
Our short-term goal is to make new SVNKit compatible with changed Subversion 
formats (of working 
copy and repository). After achieving this goal we will start implementing new 
Subversion features.

So I think our beta won't include all Subversion features, but the final 
release will.
