I just mean an API spec that is written according to the OpenAPI standard. For documentation, I mean a description of the API and API services for consumers. I'm specifically looking for a dynamic version (which I guess would be the spec in Swagger UI), and also a static version, something that can be printed and not dependent on anything being hosted. Hope that makes more sense.
