testing: basic support for docker tests in swantest and text summary
use orderdict to store test as in TESTLIST
IMPORTANT: python3 pexpect need spawnu instead of spawn
swantest use python process pools
use round(x, 2) to truncate floating point number, json output looks nicer
testing: table.txt/csv summary of test run
use autopep8 to format swantest
remove testsum.py
add Dockerfile
