testing: use "east" to generate the certificates; delete them when
"distclean"
Add the target "make kvm-keys" that uses "east" to generate the
keys/certificates.
This requires an up-to-date test VM. In addition have the experemental
target
"kvm-check" depend on this rule.
Conversely, "make distclean" deletes generated certificates.
