pluto: rename leftxautusername= to leftusername=
Since we are expecting usernames from outside an XAUTH context as well,
such as GSSAPI or IKEv2 CP. This commit also renames some variables
for clarify (eg xauth_user* -> username)
This also fixes an issue where two defines were used for the maximum
length of the username, XAUTH_MAX_NAME_LENGTH (128) and
XAUTH_MAX_NAME_LENGTH (64). The new value MAX_USERNAME_LEN is set to 128.
