ipsec.secrets: For legacy RSA pubkeys, compute the CKAID from the Modulus.
Which means that just the Modulus and PublicExponent fields need
to be present.

rsasigkey: restore 'Modulus' and 'PublicExponent' lines; cleanup ckaid
Just in case someone really wants to use a raw public key.
For the CKAID, print '#ckaid=<hex>' ready for insertion into an ipsec.conf
file.
