whack: For --trafficstatus display the "lease" IPv4 address
Where "lease" is currently defined as either:
- the addresses that "this" gave to "that" from "this"'s address pool
(i.e., that.has_lease; and is the useful one)
- the address received by "this" from "that" using IKEv2 INTERNAL_IPV4
(i.e., this.has_internal_address; and is more for interest)
