web: replace implicit ~/results/$(hostname) with explict ~/results/"branch"
Where "branch" could mean anything (but using the name of a git branch
is proably a really good idea :-). This makes it easer to generate
and publish results from several "branches" at the same time.
Publish the summary page under ~/results/"branch" and not
~/results (wrapper scripts can run build-summary.sh to generate
~/results if they want).
