testing: removed psk-pluto-06. It is broken and a duplicate of psk-pluto-02
It was clearly copied from it, but it is unclear what it was supposed to
test.
As this test came from the original openswan CVE import, history isn't
helping
either to determine what was tested. Therefor I deleted it
