state: rename struct trans_attrs .integ_hash to .ta_ikev1_integ_hash
It probably contains an IKEv1 enum value; and should be replaced by
.integ->common.id[IKEv1_ESP_ID].
Uses of this field in IKEv2 and generic code should raise a red flag.
