testing: add reverse special entries for 192.1.2.66 and 192.1.2.67
these are used on east for OE testing with special IPSECKEY records

testing: added dnsoe-0[456]
These show that multiple IPSECKEYs work in case of key rollover
dnsoe-06 is failing because of an unrelated issue, IKE_AUTH failure
on initiator should cause a DELETE to cleanup responder.
