server: pass ST and MDP to 'fork' and 'now' event callbacks
Callbacks can assume that cur_state is set, and that *MDP
will disposed of if they don't take ownership (the MDP rule
from complete_v[12]_state_transition().
Fixes a memory management problem in the IKEv1 xauth code.
Commit 4d69de5fd5a24a88746eeb130ca830ba813e7210 replaced code
leaving .st_suspended_md pointing at a freed object with a memory
leak.
