ikev2: eliminate cascading ikev2_crypto_continue() and
ikev2_rekey_dh_continue() calls from ikev2_child_inIoutR_continue()
Since the code path only needed to handle the states STATE_V2_CREATE_R, and
STATE_V2_REKEY_CHILD_R, simplify accordingly.
