ikev2: eliminate cascading ikev2_crypto_continue() and
ikev2_rekey_dh_continue() calls from simplify ikev2_child_ike_inIoutR_continue()
Since the code path only needed to handle the state STATE_V2_REKEY_IKE_R.
Simplify accordingly.
