demux: replace ike_sp_t .isa_ike_{initiator,responder} with ike_spis_t
.isa_ike_spis
Will simplify merging lookups using (SPIi,SPIr) and SPI[ir].
Now that the initial ike_spi_t dust storm has settled it can be seen
that all uses of find*(SPIi, SPIr) pass in the header values in a
consistent order.
