ipcheck: again, avoid __VA_OPT__(,)
Broken by 6a7bcbe5c1823cbc1df70d0a32dd3e5d36992a47.
Annoyingly it doesn't seem to be possible to define some magic
macro in "lswcdefs.h" and use that - can only refer to __VA_LIST__
directly :-(
