v2 msgids: hack v2_msgid_update_counters() to not set
.st_msgid_lastrecv=v2_INVALID_MSGID when MD is fake
When the original IKE SA responder initiates its first outgoing
request it was setting the field .st_msgid_lastrecv (used to track
incomming requests) to v2_INVALID_MSGID because that is what happend
to be in the fake MD (created because code insits on having an
incomming message when there isn't one).
