pluto: Remove unused deltatime_t last_used_age
The exact idletime is not returned from was_eroute_idle() which
returns a bool to the idle value passed in. Update the dbg()
call not to use last_used_age.
Found by Tuomo Soini. Introduced by me a few days ago in commit be3c17c0db8
