mk/kvm-targets.mk: try again to eliminate a wc
- Andrew found a mistake in my last attempt and reverted it.
- I've balanced the parens
- superstitiously kept "test" instead of "[" "]" since I don't know if
make does some magic with square brackets.
- but I don't actually know how to test -- make kvm-clean kvm-install
doesn't seem to test it.
