kvm: make the automatic installation of custom and local NSS packages
possible
(not easy, just possible)
For instance adding:
KVM_NSS_RPMDIR = /source/nss/
KVM_NSS_VERSION = -3.60.1-1.fc32_lsw1.x86_64.rpm
to Makefile.inc.local will pick up the local RPMS under nss/
