kernel: for acquire, call add_bare_shunt(protocol=TCP,..., SPI_HOLD)
unconditionally
Drop broken code looking for a bare shunt by protocol=TCP,... only
to then test if it is protocol=internal (it should be looking up
by protocol=internal, except this code's about to disappear anyway).
