- drop .st_suspended_line et.al.
- convert suspend_any_md() into a function+wrapper
- rename unsuspend_md() -> unsuspend_any_md(); clearer

testing: tweak check-for-core.sh
- extract more details from the core
backtrace first, then dump source, locals, ...
- copy, not move, the core to OUTPUT/
so that, independent of post-mortem, /tmp contains the file
