testing: replace ikev2-connswitch-04-subnet=all with
ikev2-labeled-ipsec-07-connswitch-*
two issues:
- better connection choice when sec_label and no traffic selectors
(treat this like OE?)
- instantiate when Child SA's TS narrow the connection
(currently rejected)
