+ICMP Port Unreachable from ip=192.1.2.23 name=east
--- 192.1.2.23 hping statistic ---
-1 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
+1 packets transmitted, 1 packets received, 0% packet loss
is a good thing (previously it go back no packet, now it gets back
a "sorry you can't do that" packet).
