state: drop IKEv1 {ISAKMP,IPsec}'s .life_kilobytes
While recorded during negotiation and printed, the
value has never gone near the kernel.
Update showstates to print <<connection.sa_ipsec_max_bytes>>
for ESPmax=, AHmax= and IPCOMPmax=.
