kernel: add unrouted_to_routed_prospective()
Given an unrouted IKEv2 connection with multiple
selectors it iterates through each combination:
- checks for clashes
- add kernel policy
- run prepare
- run route
While code is cribbed from route_and_eroute(), could_route()
and route_owner() it likely has gaps.
Ignoring an unrelated PEXPECT, 44in4-ike passes.
