libwhack: merge whack & addconn send_reply() into whack_send_reply()
... used when sending the xauth username/password to pluto.
addconn: now calls exit(RC_WHACK_PROBLEM) where as before it,
seemingly, returned RC_WHACK_PROBLEM only to ignore it.
whack: logs using llog_error() instead of fprintf(stderr).
(per ???, the value of xauthpasslen and xauthuserlen is weird)
