ikev2: declare v2_INFORMATIONAL_v2N_REDIRECT_exchange in ikev2_redirect.h
Merge:
process_v2_INFORMATIONAL_request_v2N_REDIRECT()
process_v2_INFORMATIONAL_redirect_request()
into:
process_v2_INFORMATIONAL_v2N_REDIRECT_request()
adding to the exchange as the responder transition
and drop call in ikev2_informational.c.
Drop do_unroute code intended for IKE_AUTH exchange.
