ikev2: simplify child transitions and states
Either it's an IKE state with exchanges or a child state
(possibly with a single transtion). Rename the fields:
.v2.transitions -> .v2.child_transition
.v2.exchanges -> .v2.ike_exchanges
to reflect this.
